Estimates or quotes provided by M&M Power Washing LLC are based on the information available at the time of the estimate.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about the property, surfaces, access, condition of the area, and requested services.
If additional work, unexpected conditions, excessive buildup, difficult access, or other circumstances are discovered after work begins, the final price may differ from the original estimate. We will make reasonable efforts to discuss significant changes with the customer before performing additional chargeable work.
Unless otherwise stated, an estimate does not guarantee availability or reserve an appointment.
Appointments are subject to availability and may be affected by weather, equipment issues, unsafe working conditions, emergencies, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Exterior cleaning services often depend on suitable weather conditions. We reserve the right to reschedule an appointment when necessary to protect our team, customers, equipment, or property.
We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of scheduling changes.
Before scheduled service, customers should provide reasonable access to the areas being cleaned.
Customers may be asked to:
Move vehicles, furniture, decorations, toys, plants, or other movable objects away from the work area
Ensure gates or other access points are unlocked
Keep children and pets safely away from the work area
Close and secure windows and doors
Inform us of damaged, loose, fragile, painted, stained, or sensitive surfaces
Identify any known leaks, electrical issues, damaged siding, loose fixtures, or other property concerns
Provide access to an exterior water source when required
M&M Power Washing LLC is not responsible for delays or additional work resulting from inaccessible areas or conditions that were not disclosed before service.
Exterior cleaning can reveal pre-existing damage, discoloration, deterioration, oxidation, loose paint, weakened materials, cracks, water intrusion, or other conditions that may not have been obvious before cleaning.
Customers are responsible for informing us of known concerns or fragile areas before service begins.
We take reasonable care while performing our services. However, M&M Power Washing LLC is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing deterioration, improper installation, defective materials, loose components, previously damaged surfaces, or conditions outside our reasonable control.
While we aim to provide high-quality results, we cannot guarantee that every stain, discoloration, biological growth, rust mark, oil stain, oxidation, or other imperfection can be completely removed.
The final appearance may depend on factors including:
Age and condition of the surface
Type of material
Previous treatments or coatings
Length of time stains or buildup have been present
Weather exposure
Permanent discoloration or damage
Our goal is to achieve the best reasonable result while protecting the surface being cleaned.
Some services may require access to an exterior water supply or other utilities at the property.
Unless otherwise agreed, the customer authorizes M&M Power Washing LLC to use available water sources reasonably necessary to complete the requested service.
Customers should notify us before service if there are concerns regarding water access, wells, low water pressure, restricted utilities, or other conditions that could affect the work.
Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking, estimate, invoice, or service.
Unless other arrangements have been agreed to in writing, payment is due according to the terms stated on the customer’s invoice.
Customers are responsible for reviewing invoices and notifying us promptly of any questions or concerns regarding charges.
We understand that plans can change.
Customers who need to cancel or reschedule an appointment should contact us as early as reasonably possible.
M&M Power Washing LLC may also reschedule or cancel services because of weather, unsafe conditions, equipment problems, emergencies, property access issues, or other circumstances that prevent us from safely or reasonably completing the work.
By scheduling service, the customer confirms that they are the property owner or have sufficient permission from the property owner or authorised representative to request the work.
The customer authorizes M&M Power Washing LLC and its team to access the portions of the property reasonably necessary to complete the agreed services.
We may photograph areas before, during, or after service for purposes such as documenting property conditions, confirming completed work, quality control, or maintaining service records.
Any use of identifiable property photographs for advertising, social media, or promotional purposes will be handled appropriately. Customers may contact us if they have concerns regarding photographs taken at their property.
We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on our website accurate and current. However, we do not guarantee that all website content will always be complete, current, or error-free.
